What is Carnab trade-in?
Trade-in lets you put your current car towards a used car you buy from Carnab. We value your car, deduct that amount from the price of your new car, and you pay only the difference.
Is the online valuation final?
The online valuation is an estimate based on the details you give us about your car. The final value is confirmed after we inspect your car, which happens during the same visit as your test drive.
Do I need an account to value my car?
Yes. You'll need to log in or create an account to see and save your valuation, so it's applied automatically to the cars you browse.
How is the trade-in value deducted?
Once your trade-in is applied, car prices on the site are shown with your car's value already deducted. When you buy, you pay only the balance.
How long do I have to complete the purchase after reserving?
After you reserve your car and choose your protection plans, you can complete the purchase any time within 3 days.
When will I get my new car?
Once payment is complete, we deliver your new car to your doorstep within 72 hours.
What if I want to sell my car without buying one?
